My chrome extension isn't working.
You may need to update the extension. In your chrome browser, select the three dots in the top right corner. In the drop-down menu, select settings.
Once the chrome settings page is open, select 'Extensions' at the very bottom. This will open the extensions page.
Toggle the developer mode button to turn developer mode on. Then select 'Update' to update all extensions.
This should hopefully fix your issue with the chrome extension. You can also uninstall and then reinstall the chrome extension through the chrome store which should also fix the extension. If neither of those help, you can contact us for assistance.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
There are two ways to sign in and out: through the extension and through the website. In both sign-ins, there is a 'Forgot Your Password' link. Select the link, enter your email, then follow the instructions in your email to re-set your password.
There is also a way for admins to change user passwords. Go to the admin page, locate the user and select 'edit'. In the sidebar, select 'Change Password' then click 'Save'. For more information on editing user information How to Add Users.
Why isn't my walkthrough opening?
The first reason your walkthrough is not opening is that your chrome extension may not be updated. Please refer to our My chrome extension isn't working FAQ in order to update your chrome extension.
The other issue could be that the permissions of the walkthrough were not updated. If the walkthrough was shared with you, contact the creator so that they can change the permissions. If you created the walkthrough, here is how to change the walkthrough permissions:
- Click 'Share' for the walkthrough or skill set
- In the Walkthrough sharing page, you can change the permissions to allow:
- Only you can view it
- Only others in your organization can view it
- Or anyone with the link can view it
I made a mistake while building my walkthrough. How do I fix it?
Unfortunately, at the moment you will have to delete and then rebuild the walkthrough. We are continuing to update our builder to streamline the building process.
